FINAL Payment- Due a minimum of 7 days before.

Cash (2% discount), Cashier’s Check, or Money Order ONLY . Unfortunately we do not accept personal checks.

DEPOSIT- Please pay your 300.00 deposit ASAP to secure your date. This 400.00 will also be held in the event of damages to linens, china, glassware or additional catering hours required.

Package Timeline Staffing included:

Catering Staff Timeline 4 to 5 hours

(Unless you would like to increase with additional staffing hours:****)

Appetizers / Cocktail Hour:   One Hour

Dinner : 1 to 1-1/2 hours

Cake / Dessert: 20 minutes *** Generally starts immediately following dinner

Clean Up from event: 1 hours, Premier Catering staff departs**

**You may choose either a scheduled bartender or a prearranged "closer" wto stay and close the site. (The cost is 25.00 per hour for the "closer" if you are not having a bartender. There is a 2 hour minimum)

**If you require additional hours, please schedule with your planner so that we can properly staff your wedding. The cost is 130.00 per hour (minimum, we do not bill on the half hour)

PRICES All prices are per person, plus a 6% sales tax.  All prices are subject to market increases in the event of an extreme market condition that is out of our control.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Because we are holding and scheduling your event date, we do not offer refunds.

Gratuity

*Gratuity - A suggested 8 % gratuity will be added to events. This gratuity will be divided between the staff that planned, cooked and executed your party.(Bartenders excluded) If you feel it is to little or to great, please let us know and we will change it. It is greatly appreciated.

Bringing Foods and Co- Catering:

Unfortunately our insurance liability will not allow any outside foods brought to be brought in to a reception that we catering. If there was a food issue, there would be no way to determine which items may have caused it. Because we are licensed and insured, we would be liable. You can provide dry non parishable, non potentially hazerdous foods. The concern is the health and safety of all the guests.

 
What Happens if there is left Over food at my reception?

 A big question filled with emotion! In general, health departments will not let caterers give large amounts of food or food that has been out of the kitchen for a certain period of hours, to customers or guests. They no longer consider the food safe to consume. Usually by the end of a wedding, it is well past the "safe to consume time".
