Deposits and Cancellation Policy

To secure your event date, a $200.00 deposit is required. (Existing and Corporate Clients possibly excluded)
**Holiday Lunches have a $50.00 deposit to secure your date.
Because we are securing your date, deposits are non refundable. (*unless in the event of a death or military service activation)
All events begin with the ordering and preparation stage 72 hours prior to the order date. **
For this reason, orders cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the event will result in a 50% charge to the client, and 100% charge to the client in 24 hours or less**
**In the event that they are calling for bad weather, PLEASE plan accordingly.

Pricing and Market Fluctuations and Revisions

Prices and quotes will be based on corporate and private party orders only.  
Prices, menu items, policy and procedures are subject to change.  This can be due to market fluctuations and conditions out of our control. We may need to make updates to our menu's.
Because information for events can be constantly changing, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, based on an incorrect quote.

Payments and Billing

Please read your Pay Method on your order. We accept Visa, Master card, American Express, Corporate Checks and Cash.  Any orders  paid by credit card, will be charged a 2% processing fee for M/C & Visa and 3% for American Express.
Account billing (NET 10)  are available for  our corporate clients Only (subect to credit approval and updated credit card on file).  
**Credit terms for corporate accounts are Net 10.  Please ask your account executive for information.

Private Parties, Banquets and Special Event Payments are due a minimum of 4 business days prior to that event date.
Staffing Requests: ( please see additional staffing requests page) Each Staff requires a check paid to them at the end of your function.

Delivery Fee or Service Charge

A delivery fee or service charge will be added to the cost of food and beverages on all orders.  This charge helps to defray the cost involved in order processing, delievery, set-up items as well as to compensate our drivers for their services.  This is not a gratuity.


All gratuities ("tips") are greatly appreciated by our drivers, servers and staff.  Gratuity may be added at your discretion. No tip is to small, our staff is very appreciative.
